• Account Information: When you create a non-custodial wallet, we collect minimal data necessary to associate your account with keyless authentication (Google/Apple sign-in). For users linking to BitGo/Brassica custodial services, additional information is collected during KYC verification.


• Financial Transactions: We process information related to your use of on/off-ramping services, DEX swaps, and debt investments but do not store private keys, transaction details, or wallet balances.

• Device and Usage Data: We collect information such as device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and usage activity to enhance platform security and performance.

• Third-Party Integrations: Information shared with third-party services (e.g., BitGo/Brassica for custody and on/offramping, Plaid for bank linking, and Panora for DEX swaps) is subject to their respective privacy policies.

• Facilitate wallet access and transactions;
• Improve security, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations;

• Regulated Service Providers: When you use BitGo/Brassica for custody and on/offramping, or Plaid for bank linking, your information is shared with these regulated entities.

• Service Providers: We may share data with vendors who help operate the platform, ensuring compliance with security and privacy measures.

• Non-Custodial Users: You control your private keys and can manage your wallet independently.


• Custodial Users: You may request data deletion or modification per BitGo/Brassica’s policies.


• Communication Preferences: You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain collected information only as long as necessary for legal, security, and operational purposes. Users may request deletion of personal data where applicable.

7. Compliance & Restrictions

Our Services are not available to users in OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions or restricted individuals
